A first class service from a team of people who exude an air of professionalism.

We decided that we were going to have fitted a multi-fuel stove with the addition of a back boiler to heat our domestic water, so we did the usual detective work and had a good look round various companies. Our attention was drawn to Driffield Stoves and we asked Mark to come and give us his professional opinion of the size and type of stove which would fulfil our needs. He dutifully attended and within an hour we had a very good idea of what we were going to get. After accepting his quote (which I may say was very reasonable) the work went ahead.

Throughout the work which at times was a bit messy due to the fact that our fireplace had to be redesigned, they made sure dust sheets were down and any mess created was cleaned up. The work was carried out in a thorough and methodical manor and was completed quickly. We are very very pleased with the end product and we now have a heat source that keeps our bungalow at 24-26+ degrees - its very toasty. We would also like to pass on our thanks to Lindsey in the shop, Mark, Gareth and Graham, who throughout the job have always been polite, cheerful and highly efficient in their work.

We would recommend all our friends to use this company and if needs be would happily show our stove off to anybody who was unsure. Many thanks from very happy customers!!

The following observations pertain to the installation of a multi fuel stove, hearth, and fireplace.

The guys were knowledgeable regarding their subject; this was obvious from our first enquiries. They know their stuff.

Once we'd discussed what we wanted, and what was possible in our room, they arrived at 8am prompt, as agreed.

We felt reassured we were in good hands straight away, as they put down protective sheets everywhere they'd be walking (we've all had workmen that have come and tramped muck all over the place right? This consideration was very much appreciated).

Once started the lads worked pretty much solidly all through the first day with barely a break, knocking off at around 6.30 pm, which is a long day - they aren't work shy!

The second day followed the same efficient and diligent pattern, and the work was completed by mid afternoon!

The room was left tidy and clean - our property was respected at all times, and the job.....Wow! We couldn't have asked for more: it was everything we had in mind. I don't mind saying it's the nicest fireplace I've ever seen in a room of these dimensions; can't ask for better than that.

A day later one of the lads turned up to show us how to 'break the fire in' carefully, and to give us a few tips on its use. All in all a brilliant service, which can be a rare thing these days.

I definitely have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Driffield Stoves to anybody.
